We met with Dr. Chen yesterday. His concern for Harriet is her white blood cell count. It was low last time, she only had two of these shots to stimulate the growth of white blood cells. Because of the side effects were so bad, Harriet did not have the six injections that he requested. So I'm asking for prayer that the replenishment of white blood cell is enough for her to have her fifth chemotherapy on Monday morning.
Harriet has the mandatory blood test 24 hours prior to her chemotherapy. So, we have a lot riding on this. Because they won't do the chemotherapy unless the white blood cell count is up to at least what it was last time.
That was probably the most important thing that was talked about during the meeting. Everything else goes as before.
