We received a call yesterday evening from the doctor on call and he talked to Harriet concerning her blood test. The white blood count came in really low, so were not sure if they're going to allow her to do the chemotherapy this morning. The doctor asked her a number of questions as to her health and if she's sick or anything like that and the answer is no. Harriet stayed home from church yesterday morning because there were a lot of people out sick and some that were half sick. That was the right call.
But, we won't know if she'll be allowed to have the chemotherapy until she gets in to the hospital this morning, I hope so. If not, then she will have to have some more those dreadful shots that make her sick, but they stimulate the growth of white blood cells. So, that's it for today. Stay tuned and I'll let you know tomorrow morning how goes.
