4-4-20 Sat.

Wow, a lot has happened since last month! Of course I'm referring to the pandemic. I hope that you are all safe and doing well. I'm not obsessing over the pandemic, just taking the proper precautions. I think just about everybody knows what they are supposed to do and what they're not supposed to do like not touching their face with their hands, washing your hands really well pretty much all day long.

I'm going to try and project when this pandemic will peak and then start to decline. From the data I have seen, I would say by the beginning of June, we should see the virus increase dropping off if everybody maintains proper discipline and isolation. If not, then it would be the end of summer.

This is a really good object lesson in human behavior. Seeing how people behave so poorly when under a stressful situation that can change their life like a roll of toilet paper. Come on everybody, do you think Adam and Eve had a roll of toilet paper in the garden of Eden? How many cases of toilet paper do you think Noah put on the Ark? What would it take for you to lose your Human dignity and self-control and start a fight over toilet paper? So what have we learned from this human behavior? A couple of things the first being that in a crisis human beings will give up their freedoms and rights so they won't be inconvenienced and have to go through a more difficult time. We have seen this over the decades how our freedoms erode. How does this play into the end times scenario? I believe this brings us closer to a world leader that will that will promise them Peace and Safety (I Thessalonians chapter 5) then sudden destruction shall come upon them as a woman in travail with child. The big question is when and what will be the triggering event? We have seen in the past two months that when we have a small virus that can infect the entire world population and the drastic measures taken by governments to ensure the safety of their people. The big question, does big government ever give up the power they have received when handling a crisis? Personally I don't think so.

But, God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and glory and a sound mind! Does this mean that we don't have to think if we/re Christians? No, it means you need to use your brain that God gave you and common sense when handling this pandemic.

I would like to encourage you to set aside Sunday morning to worship the creator, using your Internet to tune into your church broadcast.

Joe and Hilda are taking extremely good care of me. I really miss seeing my grandkids that I take for an outing every Saturday. Hilda and I connect via Skype on Wednesday morning at  11 AM and I get to talk to the boys. I've been in pretty good communication with Sarah and she's doing fine in Ohio. Daniel called a couple of days ago and he was in Nebraska with 80,000 pounds of pizza heading for a big oven.

I hope that you are all well. "The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout and with the voice of an archangel and the trumpet of God, the dead in Christ shall rise first and we which are alive and remaining shall be caught up to be with the Lord in the air, so shall ye comfort one another with these words".

Maranatha,
Frank

PS I still miss my Girl! I love you Harriet!
